Frequently Asked Questions & Store Policies
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! We offer free local pickup in the Fort Stewart / Savannah area. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you to arrange a time and location.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, for local pickup orders. You can pay in cash, CashApp ($BGGKBrands) when you pick up your order.
Do you accept returns?
Unworn and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Journals and customized items are final sale. Please email info@blackgirlxgoodkarma.com to start a return.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Once your package is marked delivered by the carrier, BGGK Brands LLC cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
